Dear Diary

I have heard from a lot of you that you want me to tell you more about the day to day exsistance of Innocent Delight. I warn you, be careful what you wish for, you may just get it.

I will start with Yesterday, a basically uneventful day, so I tried to spend the day with my mother, two sisters, and my best friend (like my sister, since her mom died). I love shopping on Thursdays because so few "sale" shoppers are around and many stores put out all the NEW stuff on Thursday. Well, my one sister would not call out of work, she only works 3 days at her Law Firm since becoming a mom, but whatever (she is going to mess up her daughter with all going to W*^K,(ugh), but that is what I am for :-). My other sister has decided to go back to work. She misses being a magazine editor (I miss all the free stuff) so I am not going to be to upset LOL.

Well, so I finally get to my Mother's apartment and my father has decided he is going to take her up to the place in Vermont this weekend, (it is freezing up there by the way).

So I drive to LJ's (yes, I can drive, but I was 25 before I got my license, I know, I am such a Princess),[ LJ is my idol, she taught me most everything I know about being spoiled by men. I have watch her have men tell her they love her the night they meet her, and spoil the two of us all weekend. I took it a step farther and went to college and graduate school, nothing like making Ivy league men into submissive money pigs.]. I drove because LJ is married now and has children, so her cell phone is attached to her ear, and I want to get to Nordstoms ALIVE.

So we get to the K of P Mall in record time (I know the fast route since my ex-BF lived in a Penthouse across from the Mall and I went to college close to the mall.) I go to the Chanel counter in Nordstroms to get my Signature Lipstick and it is discontinued (WTF), so I spend a hour tring to find a comprable replacement I couldn't decide so I got two, one called Fire, and one called Lover, being an Aries, it was fitting.

LJ dragged me to Versace ( I love it, but I have to have everything altered I have to by a Size 8 dress and have the waist taken in so much), and as usual she found NOTHING. But I found something, a guy LJ and I went to Middle School with, shopping in Versace, and he looked GOOD. LJ and I were getting a bit peckish so we decided to get something to nosh and I very very polited invited the Boy, he said no thanks, I almost got upset, until he said, "I have already eaten, but I know I will be hungry for dinner, I hope you will join me". Turns out he no longer lives in the Area, he actually lives in Dallas (should have know, he was always dare I say an Cowboys fan), he has a real estate development company there. (I wonder if he saw the diamond encrusted $$$ in my eyes). Long story short, I found a nice little dress in Neiman-Marcus (I didn't even think about it until my sister pointed it out).

He picked me up for Dinner at 7:30 (I know it is early, but the place he took me was worth it) Lacroix at The Rittenhouse. OMG, it was so wonderful, I am not going to detail everything I ate, but the Froi Gras Soup was AMAZING. I let him order everything, and he hit it all perfectly, even the Basil Sorbet for dessert.

And Yes, we are doing it again tonight.
